Sarah discovered a passion for working with those who struggle or have struggled with food addiction, including herself. Discovering how substances can alter the mind and body in detrimental ways, similar to drugs and alcohol, she knew she wanted to help others. Addiction nutrition is not just about the substance, but the entire individual, from emotional imbalances to biochemical processes that happen within the mind and body.
Sarah grew up in Western New York and graduated from SUNY Empire State with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in marketing. She has worked in varying roles within the retail industry from management to seasonal help to gain experience and keep her skills relevant. Similar to her background, she leads with compassion in hopes that she can provide a positive environment for everyone she meets. She enjoys food, family, outdoor experiences, and loves reading and researching any topics revolving around nutrition, health, food recipes, self-help, and more.
In 2015 Sarah moved with her husband and 2 kids to North Carolina to enjoy the weather and seek opportunities for growth. Sarah enjoys bringing her 2 kids outside for an adventure as often as possible. Having a love of nature helps her to break away from the stress daily life can bring. Her family encompasses the leadership lifestyle to encourage healthy work-life habits.
Sarah enjoys nature walks, gardening, hiking, cooking, networking, collaborating with like-minded businesses, creating new recipes, exploring new parks, and various educational learning opportunities.
